Hi,
I guess you're using a build older than the latest. Please
upgrade the software to recent build (4685) by applying appropriate
service pack from following link,
Note: Please follow the steps given in the link thoroughly while
applying the service pack.
Because the software is designed in a way to remove the configured
user(s) under technicians if we delete the associated role. If the
issue persists, please write an email to support@adauditplus.com so
that we would have a remote session.
