Hi, I appreciate the feedback/change but still, this is not a Data Warehouse but simply slow flat files. Our archive location is not local to the AuditPlus server so running any large time frame searches on flat file data is going to be slow. I want to be clear that I am not picking holes in the product. We bought it and it worked great for our Helpdesk staff on things like Account lockout source identification but when we came to asses our data for 1 year during an audit, we had a lot of issues and eventually had to turn to another product.
