Hi,
We can create a custom report as follows to achieve the desired result.
1. Go to 'Custom Reports' under 'Reports' tab
2. Click on 'Create custom report '
3. Enter a name and description for the report
4. Select ' Summary view ' under Report type
5. Choose ' File Activity ' under report category and ensure respective modules selected as per the requirement
6. Click on next to carry forward with selected options
7. Under ' Columns to beb displayed ', choose 'User name' and then by 'File/Folder Name'
8. In the Filters section, you may add the following filter
File/Folder Name -- contains -- <particular file/folder name>
9. Click on save
