Apologies for the inconvenience,
Please execute the following query in the database and restart the product to fix the problem.
To run the query, please follow the below steps,update systemparams set param_Value='false' where param_name='NetAppLargeServerSupport'
1. Login into the product.
2. Goto Support tab
3. Click on "More" under "Support Info"
4. Click on the link next to "DB Query"
5. In the text box replace the available query with the one above.
6. Click on "Execute Query"
Also revert the 'EVT FileShare Path' to its old value. Please let us know whether this fixes the problem with NetApp collection.
